WIP init Motorola Harpia (G4 Play)

Maybe this will be the device I can get GPS and Bluetooth to work on :-)

  • boots from mmc or microsd (needs lk2nd, for which a derication is included)
  • buttons work
  • adb shell works
  • simple framebuffer
  • wifi works
  • touchscreen works
  • [broken] recovery image is too big for the 16MB partition
  • untested: everything else

@telent Could you split this into G4 Play and MSM8916 support so that i am not relying on an unmerged code or complicating this merge request with my changes in https://github.com/NixOS/mobile-nixos/pull/708?

I' afraid I currently don't have much time to look at this and I don't think that's likely to change any time soon. Please do feel free to cherry-pick or even just copy/paste if there's anything in it you can use
