Move the "Using a pre-build system.img" section from getting started to PinePhone. Remove depreciated option (mobile.boot.stage-1.splash.enable) from example.

coming from [1] as i'm trying to understand how to bootstrap my own pinephone and failing so far ¯_(ツ)_/¯.

Noticed those typos so might as well notify as i'm reading along ;)
