rsync.net credit card migration

For rsync.net we need to migrate payment to the foundation by way of a credit card. The account was created by Jonas previously and likely still has his credit card set up.

Additionally, we want to take them up on offer to increase our space by 50% if we pay two years in advance (up from one year). This offer is valid until 2025-04-30.

I already discussed this with @ryantrinkle who agreed that the offers sounds good. And I also reached out to @Lassulus to acquite the necessary information to get the payment data updated.
