As a user of the tracker I want to be able to inspect the history of activity on a security issue.

For example:

  • X confirmed the status and put this issue in awaiting-mitigation
  • Y opened an PR and put this in mitigation-in-progress
  • Z merged PR and mitigated the issue
  • U marked as wontfix on that channel
  • etc.
