Add IBM Carbon Design System to CineSimile

IBM Carbon Design System is an open-source design system for products and digital experiences. To provide a higher user experience we thought to use this within our application.

IBM Carbon Design System for React is going to be used in CineSimile.

Sure @utkarsh4321 you can help with this. Currently, I'm working on adding the basics of the Carbon Design System. I'll let you know once I'm done. You can carry on from that point onwards.

We have initially set up the Carbon Design system for React for CineSimile application. Now you can fork this repository and you can add a footer to this application. You can use your imagination to design the footer. However, the specification for the footer has to be a sticky footer. If you are willing to contribute to this, please let us know and we will assign you to this issue. Happy Hacktoberfest. 😇

Hii you give any design that you prefer so I will get some idea about what you really want. And start working on it.

@utkarsh4321, Actually we just need a sticky footer, we don't need any contents inside the footer expect the brand name CineSimile. You can check how a sticky footer is done. If you go to the site https://simile.znbt.ml you can see the current state of CineSimile. So you can get the idea what to do next. Our application has a header and body and now we need a footer. If you need any more information, please let us know.
