Crash on full IFS

With full IFS the NK3 device crashes. It helps to stop the CCID service on host to avoid it. Listing FIDO2 credentials makes the crash in this state too. It was possible to check the status of the device with nitropy nk3 status, and to reset the FIDO2 app. Secrets app entries were listed properly.
