Windows FIDO dialog doesn't prompt to touch, shows "getting things ready" instead

First as a comparison: when using a YubiKey, the dialog shows "Touch your security key" until the key is touched, and then very briefly "Getting things ready" before the dialog closes: https://github.com/Nitrokey/nitrokey-3-firmware/assets/342955/fd4a8743-850b-4618-9a67-3c3e9621416a
