Discrepancies between dist and local module versions

There currently exists discrepancies which cause quite a few issues when attempting to use the tool installed via dist (pip install ubotw-converter / pip install .) versus local (pip install -e .); I have submitted some PRs in an attempt to resolve a few of these but this needs to be reviewed in more detail.

Either the dist output needs to be deprecated, or fixed.
