Content assist is not working in eclipse

I want to use the robot framework in eclipse. But I don't know how to use it in eclipse, and the content assist function is not working for a .robot file.

I am a Novice, could you give me a demo that how to use it in eclipse step by step? and tell to how to use content assist? Thanks.
