Unintuitive layout

Describe the feature you'd like: Currently picking "Indicators Foreground\Background Colour" only works when clicking on the dotted square option (2). I think for users it's more intuitive to click on 1. So maybe add 1+2 section for Foreground & Background separately. (check screenshots)
