Seems the SseResponseStreamInterceptor is not getting engaged in tenant mode, need to check more into this.

Remove NO_ENTITY_BODY property from all the connectors that sets a payload

@rosensilva this is applicable to the connector operations isn't it ? AFAIR , we have it in all the mediators

Display the actual API rating when user is not signed in to DevPortal
