feat: quilt support

Would be nice to be able to use Quilt mods :)

Haven't investigated quilt yet, looks like it's still beta? Not sure if I will find time to do the research recently due to work. By the way, do you have any idea how quilt work? If it is like fabric, which works like a wrapper and do not have to modify the original minecraft file, then it may be easy to port. Otherwise it will introduce more complexity, and that is why forge is not supported in this project...

To be honest, I've never installed Quilt manually before. I have a partner who wants some mods that are quilt only.
