Should also accept file path

Nice little tool, but it should also accept local file path, instead of URL.

I'm actually quite surprised that it accept URL, I have only tested using a local file. I actually know almost nothing about how Gst and Gtk works internally, like I have mentioned, the main logic are actually copy-pasted from the Komorebi project.

It works with direct video URL and even YT videos. It doesn't work with path to local file. I manged to manually place it in Animated_Wallpapers and edit config file to include it, however it would be nice if tool accepted local files too.
