Follow up issue from #77 -> Pull Request #170: #170 adds a setting to Look->Page to enable showing background images in the course header and to define a default image...

Currently, the setting is a Drop Down - allowing only choosing between the defined upload limits. However since e.g. 5-10GB is a rather large change it should be continous.
