[feature request] Support for custom module docstrings

It would be great to be able to make your own custom module docstring with things like the author, date and summary of the module.

I learned about code snippets and how to set up custom snippets and have been using that in the meantime. As far as I'm concerned you're free to close this request as I'm able to do what I need, but it would also be cool for that to be integrated in the extension.
