Update repos math, zk, hash to latest master. Memory access fixed in hashes, lookup argument updates in zk, returning a reference in in-place operators in math.

Update version of all actor libraries to the latest master. Changes include in-place operations with polynomials, lookup-argument's initial implementation etc.
