Error activating

[extraymond]

I've encountered the following error message in line48 of init.py

NameError: name 'update_orientation' is not defined

I have failed to activate the addon on both build from blender.org and from ubuntu ppa.

I'm using blender 2.78 on ubuntu 16.10 64bit.
