Create a React/Angular wrapper for Likely

@ilyabirman told there‘re requests to create a Likely wrapper for React or Anglular to simplify using Likely in these frameworks. I support this.

I have a rough view of how the React wrapper should look and work like, but I have no idea about the Angular one. If someone has experience with Angular, could you please share what approaches there are for wrapping or adapting 3rd party libraries?

This currently has a low/medium priority.

Similar to https://github.com/ilyabirman/Likely/issues/49 , where are we going to put this extensions? (Likely's going to be an organisation soon, not the single repo, heh)
