How to actually build the application?

I am a Linux newbie and have trouble to install the app. I downloaded the files and got a bunch of random files. What should I do to actually make the software work?

OK but let's say you download them... I did git clone https://github.com/NikolayIT/RatioMaster.NET.git and then got a bunch of files... How do I actually launch the software?
