Remaining work on Harm as Sensor (HAS)

• [ ] Pre MLU 2: Use OBS 1 to 5 to select emitter, and thereafter uncage key to select between them if there is more than one. (right now using cursor for all blocks)
• [x] The display should never be roll/pitch stabilized when in handoff mode. The aim-cross represents missile bore, not seeker-head view direction, so the handoff emitter should not be in center.
• [ ] If lose handoff, the handoff emitter displayed should flash. (now it goes back to searching)
• [x] SRCH subpage with filters for emitters in table.
• [ ] DED HARM page should be able to change which emitters is in which table.
• [ ] At least one pilot has reported that he cannot get search to show the emitter. (This was some commits back, so might be fixed)
• [x] HAS might be tied to RWR failure modes chain and power, fix that.
• [x] Document how HAS works in the wiki manual.

MLU 2 changes:

• [ ] There should be displayable 10 emitters. 2 of each kind max. (now its just flat 5)
• [ ] The page should show RDY at bottom, when handoff complete and is still emitting.
• [ ] If handoff emitter goes out of fov, it should stay as handoff for 10 seconds.
• [ ] The handoff emitter should be inverted text

The HAS functionality uses a mix of MLU 2 and pre MLU 2. Consider to choose one.
