VSR radar mode

It probably should not show range, confirm and fix.

It should show range. There is apparently VS and VSR modes depending on version of apg-68. VS shows speed vertically, and VSR shows range. VSR at least do show range in left side with options to change it.

  • [x] Rename VSR to VS and remove ranging options.
  • [ ] Make VSR mode
  • [ ] Install VS in block YF, 10 and 30. The rest get VSR.
