Implement SIM mode in Master arm

Could be used like the current training scenario works so 1sec in bore cross means splash and it's somewhat sent over MP chat if MP damage on. Thoughts?

I have some ideas on how to make this. But would require rewrite of fire-control and missile-code. So is not short term for me.

Would there be a way to do it via sending non-collateral MP messages reporting a hit via MP chat when in sim mode?
