Rudder, Aileron and Elevator not working
I can taxi and go left and right on the ground but Elevator, Aileron and Rudder aren't moving. I think the reason is that the Hydraulic pressure is 0.
Which flightgear version are you on? This looks like the JSBSIM problem that there was several years ago.
I tried with Flightgear Versions: 2018.4, 2018.5, 2019.1.2, 2020.1.3 and 2020.2.1-nightly from 28.7.2020 I tried in each flightgear version with this f-16 versions: 3.18, 3.19, 3.20, 3.21, 3.22
It didn't work in any of these versions
F-16 works only with 2018.3.5 and above. Were you using manual start or autostart? If doing manual, remember to do de FLCS Test before switching to MAIN PWR else it won't work and might cause your issue.
I always used autostart I tried first with Flightgear 2018.3.5 but it doesn't worked with this version
There are now 4 people that have reported this issue, why close it??

A friend and I are having the exact same problem, neither the flaps nor rudder on the F-16 move.
The only things I see working are the rudder pedals, front wheel turning, and throttle. When I move the joystick the joystick doesn't move in the plane.
My inputs are being detected in the joystick configuration menu, so it's not a problem with it being detected.
Any help is really appreciated!

@DSeeLPYT where and how did you install the F-16 into your Flightgear?
Did you download it via the launcher? Or here on github? Or some other place?
Beware that arrow keys on keyboard no longer can be used to control the aircraft. They are now used to move the radar cursor. Instead use mouse, stick, yoke or numpad to control aircraft.
I can't download it via the launcher because this error appears i use a fresh Windows 10 install.
Oh. I'm using Fflightgear version 2018.3.6.
@DSeeLPYT I meet the same issue as you before , then download this repository to the Aifcraft folder and the problen is solved.
Also worth mentioning now the minimum required version is 2020.3.1. If there are any issues persisting then having a fgfs.log file would he really helpful
