attitude indiactor and altimeter damage

Is not reflected in HUD or in backup instruments.

Altimeter fails (in HUD at least).

Status for doing this:

  • [x] HUD Turn indicator
  • [x] HUD Altimeter (radar altimeter should still work)
  • [x] HUD Speed indicator
  • [x] HUD Attitude indicator
  • [x] HUD Heading indicator

b81f7b316bb2304a561e22fc35c9d2f5905b1674 fixes the missing 4 from the above list, will update it.
