Scratch that, its a documentation issue. Not a software one.

having another issue though, Says i don't have a selenium driver but its all installed correctly. Any ideas?

I have the same issue I even installed the chrome webdriver and firefox one still not able to open selenium

You need to add phantomjs into your PATH variable
