[BUG] - Directories selected should not have a subdirectory added

Describe the bug

When an output directory is selected by the user, it is bad UX to append a subdirectory to it and it will mess with desired organization.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1. 2. 3. 4.

Expected behavior

If I select P:\maps\enroute, converted files should be dropped in P:\maps\enroute, not P:\maps\enroute\FE-BUDDY-GeoJSONs
