Missing latest binary for Mac

The download is missing the latest binary for Mac, therefore the extension-provided link is invalid.

Ah, yes. Unfortunately, the CI service I use (appveyor) doesn't support macOS. Since I want to change some other things (use a proper installer software that installs unmodified node.js versions), I won't invest in finding a temporary solution for macOS for now. I hope I can get around to this in about April this year. (I guess I could update the link and documentation before then, but I don't see that as pressing.)

Please use installations from source!
