Added forceAuth command

Added a command to allow operators to forcefully authenticate another player (bypassing the auth). For example, this may be useful for admin to test things with another account, or in smaller servers to authenticate players that the admin knows more easily. The command is /auth forceAuth <player> and the required permission easyauth.commands.auth.forceAuth
