Since the dev seems to have taken a break from this project, I developed an alternative which I've yet to document fully (but plan to do soon) at https://github.com/Makiah/WunderlistTasksWidget. This original repository can no longer connect to the Wunderlist API because Wunderlist now uses OAuth2 instead of basic authentication.
