[FEATURE] Make workflow tags available to Tasks

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Tags that are assigned to the Workflow cannot be currently retrieved inside tasks.

Describe the solution you'd like Workflow tags could be made available to tasks as task parameters. Any potential conflict with other task level parameter names could be resolved by using prefixes or some override mechanism.

• retrieving the tags from system tables should not be possible (this information may not be available)
