[SGE] SUGGESTION: prevent SGE eukrasian prognosis from overwriting SCH adloquium/deployment tactics barrier

For SGE, please consider adding:

Spell Overlap Protection > Under Adloquium/Deployment Tactics "Don't use Eukrasian Prognosis when under the effect of someone's Adloquium/Deployment Tactics"

In savage I have noticed weaker SGE eukrasian prognosis barrier can freely overwrite the more powerful SCH adloquium/deployment tactics barrier. Thanks!
