[BLM] Functions don't work correctly

In Advanced (single target) do not work:

1. rotation > standard > "Use Xenoglossy for burst" Xenoglossy is used on rollback after Blizzard III. Check has no effect on rotation

2. movment options > check "Xenoglossy" Does not work. If Xenoglossy is present, it is not substituted into the rotation.

3. Triplecast/Swiftcast Option Adds Triplecast before Fire III, but needs to be added after

Suggestion: Make the addition of Xenoglossy switchable from rotation

1. This is intended as it spends your polyglot stacks during Umbral Ice as it's the most optimal time to do so.
2. This is working as described. You need 2 stacks for it to work.
3. I agree, so this will be adjusted.

I don't see why you can't just add an option to remove xenoglossy auto use. It used to be an option before the revamp. Why remove an option? The blm section of the plugin was way better before the revamp.

Suggestion: add the option it was requested on the discord in december and agreed too.
