[SUGGESTION ]Interrupt casts as late as possible

Is there a way to add options so the Interrupt feature to only do so within the last x seconds of the cast, or not interrupt at all for very fast casts (usually not worth interrupting)?

Someone at the Discord posted about the possibility of weaving the interrupt in a GCD before the cast ends.

i will be adding it so that u can choose when it will weave. not sure if i can make it to not interrupt x casts
