GNB 3.0 Rework

  • Supports <2.45 SkS and 2.5 SkS rotations.
  • Cleaned up internals which means config numbers are fucked but I don't care.
  • Burst Strike Features grouped together.
  • ST and Gnashing Fang combos support both regular and slow GNB rotations.
  • ST now on Keen Edge.
  • AoE now on Demon Slice.
