Added command to toggle plugin

I added a simple command to toggle the plugin, if you really are not worried about being kicked but don't want to completely disable the plugin entirely.

Hello. It is understandable if this is on purpose, but feel like it should be documented if it is. You still get kicked out for being afk in frontline.
