i mean, is it a virus? I've been wanting to download this for the couple of hours, ive downloaded the zip i have not ran it or extracted it just tested the zip in virustotal and it flagged a trojan called "Trojan.PWS.Stealer"

Like I said. As it is open source and viewable in visual studio, Likely no. Run it in a VM or Sandbox to be safe if youre concerned but thats probs the trojan it uses to steal stuff from the victims you use it on.
