"Failed to get destination page" on resume

Several times recently, my computer has hibernated with no complaints, but "Failed to get destination page" on resume. If I press space like the error screen suggests, the kernel panics. See this image for the full error. I'm running Linux 3.7 with tuxonice patches only. Is there any other information I can provide that will help?
