And you're certain you're on version 1.82a? I fixed a very similar issue in 1.82

If you just have the 3 Dynamos and the Capacitor Banks, does it still happen?

Have you tried breaking and replacing the cables? Which kind of cable are you using?

Please try moving the machines to a different chunk.
