Add new gpt models

I removed many of the outdated OpenAI-models and replaced them with recent ones. Now o3 and o4-mini are working as well

Thanks for fixing the linting errors. Can you do this with a command in the terminal or do I need to set up a formatter in VS Code?

You can simply run npm run lint :)
