Editing Scheduled Statuses

I'd like to ability to Edit a status in the Scheduled Statuses list. Even if that means that behind the scenes, it actually gets deleted and re-drafted.

Also, when editing, remember to make sure that you preserve all the line breaks, because when you're just viewing one in the list, those aren't preserved and you just see one continuous paragraph (which is fine for display, but if you're going to allow us to edit them, the "Edit" textbox needs to bring them back). :-)
