[Feature Request] Per-timeline Slow-Mode

Some of my accounts have incredibly fast timelines. Some of them are slower. Being able to control per-timeline whether it's using slow-mode or not would be great.

Please add this especially for the Federated timeline. it's really hard to read or click on something when it keeps refreshing so quickly
