Yeah that definitely looks like tinymce! But their business model allows them to buy/develop and use custom modules, so maybe that's what they did.

You mean list the teams also in the autocomplete and if selected import all members of that team, right?

Yeah, "expanding" a team into a user list would indeed be something that could be added quickly as it's just a matter of UI. But let's try and see how...
