Feature request: Automatically run for configured sites

Fistly, let me thank you for your excellent browser extension, I love it.

Now to the point. This is a feature request.

I think it would be a great idea to have a user configurable list of URI for which the overlay removal is triggered as soon as a page finishes loading. When a user visits one of these sites, overlays would be automatically removed with no user interaction needed.

This would be particularily nice when browsing image sharing sites like Imgur or 9gag. If you open new images in tabs as you move along, each new tab will also come with its own please-whitelist-us-in-your-adblocker overlay.

Thank you, and have a nice day.

Yes, this feature will be extremely useful! I hope this gets added.

Seriously how this isn't implemented is absolutely baffling.

It would be great just to have this auto-run once on every new page/tab or page refresh, even without being able to configure individual websites. It's still such a useful extension as is, though.
