Can´t start WinUI

Hello,

I cant start the App within Windows 11 (newest version).

No matter which Tagger version I am installing, I will always get en error message that the correct Winap Runtime is not instlalled (see screenshot).

Trying to install the Runtime doesnt help the error.

I think this actually relies on the project packaging, this should be fixed as soon as possible since the app is in unusable state at this point @NickVisionApps

Same issue here, win11, It just says it wants the 1.5 Runtime and MSIX >= 5001.119.156.0 instead of above. I think trying to fix it is just making me install random runtime versions (newest from page it links, 1.5 from older versions, etc) trying to see what it wants. Parabolic still works great, but Tagger might be dead still.
