Additional context
Was also the case in previous versions, can't remember when it started. Just happens "sometimes", no big deal, really.
Parabolic should be remembering your last window size and position and restoring that.
The only thing I suspect is that you are using 2 monitors and maybe getting confused? Are you using 2 monitors?

Hmm, no, sorry, just 1 monitor.

No worries. Parabolic is somehow getting confused about the size - will look into it!

OK thanks. But, really, it doesn't happen often at all, it's far from being really annoying, I've rather mentioned it for information. If you want, I'll try to monitor this closely to see WHEN it happens exactly and WHAT may have caused it (maybe something external to Parabolic?).

OK, I've managed to reproduce it, it happens after you've opened more than one window of Parabolic and closed them with the Close button on Taskbar thumbnail instead of the one on program windows. OK, not the most frequent scenario, I admit ...
I get this too for a short while after some updates, but seems to fix itself after a few times. It also gets stuck underneath my taskbar (which is moved to the top, win 10), which makes it a little tricky to move out.
