Please add universal preset: "Always download SD standard video quality for all streaming sites" because it is necessary when we have a very weak wifi

Hi, on the famous Russian platform my.mail.ru/video, we can find several recent anime episodes in 360p and 1080p quality posted by my favorite anime streaming site.... for example, I'll choose this video at random:

But it happened to me download old anime from my.mail.ru/video and they have only only had 480p quality or exotic video quality format....

The same thinhg for the famous Chinese platform Bilibili. Recent anime have 480p and 1080p video quality, but older anime on Bilibili also have 240p and 360p video quality :

So, my Wi-Fi gets weak when my mom and two sisters connect to ADSL Wi-Fi, and streaming lags and stutters, so I need to quickly download anime episodes from different streaming platforms always in standard SD quality and always skip full HD videos quality . so i need to just copy and paste the URL links of anime videos without worrying about searching for available video quality, so it will be great please if Parabolic adds a capital universal preset:

"Always download SD standard video quality" which will automatically choose and always download only 360p or 480p quality videos from all streaming sites, which is ideal to download quickly and easily hundred of anime episodes when we have a very weak internet connection, thanks!
