[Feature] See `yt-dlp` version on Windows update page

Describe the bug

Since version 2025.8.0, we don't have access to "About" infos (Parabolic version, yt-dlp version, Ffmpeg version etc ...) anymore unless we click on Copy Debug Information on bottom right and then paste them somewhere, which is not very convenient.

Describe the expected result

As it was before version 2025.8.0, displaying "About" infos by a simple click.
