[Bug] AddDownloagDialog not scrolling on Windows

Describe the bug The Advanced Tab in the AddDownloagDialog is not scrolling on Windows.

Update: Like @nlogozzo says below, Making the window bigger shows the "End time" box.

This is a bug. The end time is there. Seems like the dialog isn't scrolling. But make the window bigger, you'll see it
