Links from text file

I use batch file to add links to Parabolic, problem is that all files are downloaded in same directory, is it possible to add feature it will download own folders videos, e.g link1 to folder1 link2 folder2.

As i have many channels have over 1000 videos so it will be very slow to move them manually to own folders..
