I get this invalid URL message every time I try to download video from YouTube, started since yesterday.

Try update yt-dlp.

I just tried updating yt-dlp adn both pacman version and yay version still give me this same error. I am using version 2025.02.19-1 on both repositories, on Garuda linux (Arch based), with Parabolic-QT latest release.

Do you use cookies file? If your credentials is invalid it will show that error message...

Encountering same problem when my proxy is enabled, with switched off it works again.

@isaoyamasita Are you using a cookies file and/or have a proxy set up on your system?

I got it to fix by using credentials / authenticating. I didn't have to do that before. Thanks for all the helps !
